How important are those? I can’t give a definite answer. Well, inner alignment is super important, that’s for sure. And when one is aligned inside, the outer alignment is merely a visible outcome. What about perfection? Should one strive to be perfect? I’d say one should strive to be better, better than him or her own Self yesterday without comparing themselves to others. A person should not try to be perfect, in my humble opinion. What is perfect after all?

Each and every person has their own idea of perfection. In that race towards perfection created either by our own mind (thus, an illusion) or conditioned by the society, we might be too hard on ourselves. One might forget about ahimsa, or non-violence, towards Self. One may start pushing themselves too much, leaving no space for Self compassion and love. What becomes of such a person then? …

I guess many would not agree with my opinion. Ah, ..  in my view, it is all about finding that thin line between pushing too much and trying hard enough. Again, it all seems to boil down to balance. Acrobalance has helped me a great deal to better feel my body, to be more aware of how I operate it. A slight movement can change the whole thing. Our physical vehicle, i.e. our body, is such a masterpiece indeed. However, we totally underrate the magnificence of it and take it for granted that the body carries out millions of super complex tasks without our conscious involvement. It is a higher consciousness within us that we should be grateful for. I suggest you take a moment now, my dear friend, and mindfully thank that higher consciousness and the physical body you have been operating. ?

It is good to remember that “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”
