About Elena

Hi, I am Elena, a Russian-born English teacher who is living her dream of long-term traveling while sharing the beauty of yoga and the knowledge of English. I am a Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and Ashram certified yoga instructor. I teach yoga and English (via Skype and other social media tools) as I travel.

Traveling incredibly enriches one in a spiritual way. Undoubtedly, so does yoga. I am endlessly grateful to the universe to be able to experience it and to continuously work on my personal development. I am absolutely delighted to be able to share my knowledge and to promote spiritual and personal growth of those who are seeking. I travel, observe, talk to strangers, meditate, contemplate and then write here to inspire you to be courageous, to dream big and follow your dreams, to conquer your fears and be true to yourself.  

I am working on making this short story long to give you a real-life example of how to make this very first yet most difficult step towards living your dream.
